About the alliance.

This is the info about our alliance. As one of EdN leaders i have a set of rules, and i hope will help things to work properly, so here they are:
1. Spoken language in alliance chat is English, this is a multi-national alliance so people want to understand what some say. If you feel like speaking in your native language with your fellows open a chatgroup or a battlegroup and feel free to do it (this doesnt mean that its a crime to use from time to time your language but dont overdo it).
2. You can NOT offend anyone from your ally, anyone from non-allied guilds or other alliances, anyone from your realm, so don't be rude and behave all the time.
3. All the guilds leaders MUST have 1 or 2 officers who can take decisions for them, because some may not be online for some time when their oppinion is required.
4. Decisions are taken with a majority of 80% from allied guilds (thats 4/5 or 8/10 whatever), so most of the leaders/officers should agree with things like new guilds or other.
5. Crossrealming is not liked. If you log once in a while other realms is ok, but you should know wich your primary realm is and stick to it when its needed. Spying is forbidden.
6. Teaming up with non-allied guilds is not forbidden, feel free to join non-allied groups, but you should not feel insulted or think that they are rude if they kick you for a guild member (happened before). Every guild has its own rules so if you group with one be ready for their rules.
7. RvR or raids like relic or keep ones can be done together with non-allied guilds, if one alliance does not contain all realm guilds that doesn't mean that we can not unite, so feel free to join any raiding. Keep in mind that the enemy is not between us, we are one realm, that is MIDGARD.
8. Edit: this is an adittion to the previous rules as it seems like the guilds dont want to take part to the decisions (like new guild applications). EdN will take decisions if people don't want to tell their oppinion about some things.
